Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01/10/2023
1. Booking and cancellation by students
• Payment will be taken at time of booking lesson to secure the time slot.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled driving lesson.
• If you cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to attend, you are subject to a 100% forfeit fee. The specific fee will be outlined in your lesson agreement.
2. Cancellation by Let's Go Auto
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor unavailability. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your lesson at a convenient time for you.
3. Refunds
Refunds for prepaid lessons will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined in your lesson agreement
